More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various sections of the property.

In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
